Prepare the evidence

Submit departmental reports 24 hours before the meeting and circulate the agenda 12 hours beforehand. This gives everyone time to read the material and bring useful questions.

Follow a consistent order

Begin by reading and adopting the previous minutes. Review action notes next. Each department then presents its update, with the team reviewing and giving feedback after each presentation.

Close with accountability

Record actions with an owner and a due date. Address any other business, corrections or objections. The secretary calls for adjournment when the business is complete. The next meeting starts with the record you have just created.
